Thank you for your interest in purchasing RAVEGrowth. By proceeding with this purchase, you're taking an important step toward activating your community and driving organic growth. You are also entering into a binding legal agreement with NXTGEN BiZ & Co.

Please read every section carefully. Your purchase constitutes full acceptance of all conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure we deliver exceptional results while protecting both parties throughout our collaboration

THE RAVEGROWTH PACKAGE: WHAT YOU'RE PURCHASING

RAVEGrowth is a fixed-scope, 6-week Web3 community activation service designed and delivered by NXTGEN BiZ & Co. (the "Company").

Package Overview:

  • Target Market: Web3 founders, DeFi projects, NFT collections, crypto apps, gaming communities

  • Price: $999 USD (one-time payment)

  • Duration: 6 weeks total (2 weeks preparation + 4 weeks promotional campaign)

  • Scope: Community activation through loyalty mechanics, direct outreach, interactive events, and professional moderation

What's Included:

  • 1 Core Progression Quest (customized point-based loyalty system)

  • Up to 5,000 manual direct messages across X, Discord, Telegram, Farcaster

  • 4 interactive AMAs with prizes

  • 8 trivias and mini-challenges

  • 6 days/week community moderation for 4 weeks

  • 1 comprehensive growth report

What's NOT Included:

  • Rewards/prizes budget (client provides)

  • Premium platform subscriptions

  • Ongoing services beyond 6 weeks

  • Content creation outside program scope

  • Marketing strategy or business consulting

UNDERSTANDING OUR PARTNERSHIP

 

What NXTGEN BiZ Team Provides:

 

NXTGEN BiZ Team will deliver all RAVEGrowth services professionally and efficiently, operating your community channels on your behalf during the 6-week service period.

 

What You Must Allow:

 

To execute RAVEGrowth, you must grant NXTGEN BiZ Team full access to your selected community channels (X, Discord, Telegram, and/or Farcaster). NXTGEN BiZ Team will use this access to send messages, host events, post content, and moderate your community.

 

Critical Understanding:

 

Your community will perceive all NXTGEN BiZ Team activities as actions of your organization. Once RAVEGrowth concludes, NXTGEN BiZ Team immediately removes itself from your channels and returns full control to you.

 

Your Accountability:

 

You remain fully responsible for your community's experience, your brand reputation, and all impacts resulting from this authorized partnership.

 

REWARDS & PRIZES: YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Critical Requirement:
All rewards, prizes, and incentives across RAVEGrowth (Core Progression Quest, AMAs, quests, challenges) must be provided from your budget and require your approval.

Acceptable Rewards Include:

  • NFTs, airdrops, tokens

  • Branded merchandise or swag

  • Custom emojis, avatars, digital collectibles

  • Cash prizes or stablecoin rewards

  • Public recognition and leaderboard placement

 

NXTGEN BiZ Team's Role:

  • Track all participants and winners

  • Collect winner databases

  • Pass information to your team for distribution

 

Your Commitment:

  • Distribute all announced rewards punctually and weekly

  • Respond to winner notifications promptly

  • Handle all community inquiries about reward distribution

 

Your Responsibility:

  • Reward distribution delays or failures impact your reputation, not NXTGEN BiZ Team's

  • NXTGEN BiZ Team's moderator will redirect reward complaints to your team

  • Community trust depends on your consistent reward fulfillment

 

INVESTMENT & TIMELINE

Pricing

  • Total Investment: $999 USD (one-time payment)

  • Payment Methods: Stablecoin, bank transfer, credit card

  • Payment Timing: 100% upfront before work begins

  • Validity: Price guaranteed through December 31, 2025

  • No Refunds: Under any circumstances

Service Timeline: 6 Weeks Total

 

Weeks 1-2: Preparation Phase (YOUR CRITICAL DEADLINE)

You have exactly TWO WEEKS from payment and contract signature to:

  • Collaborate with NXTGEN BiZ Team to design your Core Progression Quest

  • Approve all rewards for quests, AMAs, and challenges

  • Grant full access to selected community channels

  • Provide complete brand kit and marketing materials

  • Coordinate IT integration for the Core Progression Quest

 

NXTGEN BiZ Team will simultaneously:

  • Design your customized Core Progression Quest

  • Prepare all marketing collaterals

  • Set up systems and integrations

  • Plan your 6-week promotional campaign

CRITICAL: No Extensions Policy

The 2-week preparation window is firm and non-negotiable. It is already budgeted into NXTGEN BiZ Team's execution plan.

If you cause delays during preparation:

  • The 6-week promotional campaign will NOT be extended

  • NXTGEN BiZ Team will reduce deliverables (fewer AMAs, quests, or activities) to fit the available time

  • You acknowledge and accept these potential reductions ahead of time

  • No refunds or price adjustments for reduced deliverables caused by your delays

Weeks 3-6: Promotional Campaign (6 Weeks)

Four consecutive weeks of active community activation targeting Web3 enthusiasts and investors:

  • Core Progression Quest is live and operational

  • Up to 5,000 direct messages distributed

  • 4 interactive AMAs (schedule dependent on preparation completion)

  • 8 quests and mini-challenges

  • Daily moderation 6 days per week

Week 7: Final Deliverable

  • Comprehensive report delivered within 5 business days outside of the paid package.

 

YOUR BINDING OBLIGATIONS

By purchasing RAVEGrowth, you legally commit to:

 

Preparation Phase (Complete Within 2 Weeks)

  • Provide platform access within 48 hours of contract signature

  • Supply complete brand kit within 48 hours

  • Finalize and approve all rewards within the 2-week window

  • Coordinate IT team for Core Progression Quest integration

  • Respond to NXTGEN BiZ Team requests within 48 hours

 

Campaign Phase (Weeks 3-6)

  • Participate in all scheduled AMAs

  • Distribute all rewards punctually each week

  • Approve weekly winners promptly

  • Maintain professional communication

  • Respond to urgent requests within 48 hours

 

Platform Requirements

  • Minimum 200 active members per platform you activate

  • Existing presence on at least one supported platform (X, Discord, Telegram, or Farcaster)

  • Premium subscriptions if required for platform features (e.g., X Premium for DMs)

Note: NXTGEN BiZ Team is not responsible for platform limitations. RAVEGrowth price remains $999 regardless of which platforms you use or how many you activate.

Multiple Purchases:
You may purchase multiple RAVEGrowth packages for different products or services. Each package operates independently with separate timelines, deliverables, and contracts. One RAVEGrowth package cannot be split across multiple products.
